I haven't posted in a while. Busy at work, vacations, you know the drill. Just wanted to share a fun find.
This is a Lowe metal bingo cage with the master board and the bingo balls. I actually bought this about five years ago at a local church garage sale ($20). It has been boxed up in my garage. In my quest to empty my garage by winter, it was time to get it out and put it in the shop.
Look at the patina on the balls! Isn't is great? It is missing a few, but I guess when it is as old as this is, you lose a few here and there.
I would hang this on the wall all by itself!
The base has a naturally aged "wear and tear" we spend so much time trying to recreate.
I also got a slew of these slider bingo cards with the cage. I started selling these last week at an outdoor market (more on that in my next post). I come across these every now and then. I sell out in my booth every time I restock. People usually buy 10 to 15 at a time.
The cage, the balls and the master card are headed to my booth tomorrow (along with a bunch of the slider cards). Let's hope they don't linger in the shop as long as they did in my garage!
